After downloading, put the contents of the archive into the game folder (i.e. where COM3D2.exe is located). Start the game. Open the game settings and change the settings as follows: System language to English Display language to English and Japanese (Optional) Open i18nEx\configuration.ini to view all available options. Edit them if needed.

The JP version of COM3D2 has a few extra personalities, including some that are transferable from CM3D2. Since CM3D2 currently can't connect to the English version of COM3D2, I would hazard a guess that most of these personalities will be added to the game as DLC somewhere down the line (once they're translated or what have you).

So i own the Japanese version of Custom Order Maid 3D2 & the English steam version of Custom Order Maid 3D 2, and after some testing i have found away to import the DLC from CM3D2 to the COM3D2.
It will be used in all honeymoon events and yotogi like usual. The 'Workout Clothing Set' and 'New School Swimsuit' costumes for high-poly body will only be compatible with COM3D2.5. So far, COM3D2 already has them in normal body quality. Though, the new school swimsuit requires linking CM3D2 to COM3D2 to obtain.
For the vanilla game I am not sure how the dating simulation works. The game follows the path of its predecessor CM3d2…. With some small differences, instead of 1 custom maid you have 3 and the characters are slightly different. Items and patches from CM3d2 are compatible mostly with Com3d2 and vice versa.

Most of the game is in Japanese but with HF path UI and controls and some main events are in English. It would be better to change you PC location to Japan for optimum working.
