Our client is a fast growing fintech company with big ambitions to disrupt the industry. They are funded and backed by large venture capital firms and international institutions. Their current team consists of over 20 different nationalities and growing fast.

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS (design, implement, maintain)
You collaborate closely with the engineering team to help them understand how to use Kubernetes and related technologies
You help them select the best technologies based on their requirements
You help design the system architecture
You take ownership for the Kubernetes infrastructure and keep it running smoothly (including on-call rotation).

Requirements:

You are experienced with building secure systems
You understand of how Linux and containers work
You have good knowledge of running distributed production systems
You have strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
You are experienced in software development (ideally in Python or JVM languages)
