Clip Master Pro Privacy Policy

VesperGate publishes Clip Master Pro. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app on your Android phone. In brief, everything you create or configure in Clip Master Pro stays on your device, and the app sends nothing anywhere.

The Short Answer: Your Data Stays on Your Phone

Clip Master Pro works entirely offline. It does not request the internet permission from Android, so it has no technical way to send data to VesperGate or to anyone else. We run no servers that receive information from the app, and we have no copy of anything you do in it.

What the App Keeps, and Where

To work properly, the app saves a small amount of information in the private local storage that Android assigns to it:

• your preferences and settings, such as display choices and options you switch on or off inside the app
• the items you choose to save in Clip Master Pro

You create this information, and it remains on your device. VesperGate does not collect it, cannot see it and never receives a copy. The app does not gather your name, phone number, contacts, location, device identifiers or any other personal data.

Why That Local Information Exists

Your settings and saved items serve one purpose: they let the app remember your choices and your content between sessions. They are not analysed, profiled or combined with information from any other source.

Outside Software and Services

There are none. Clip Master Pro contains no third-party SDKs, libraries or integrations of any kind. Every feature runs on the app's own code, on your device.

Sharing, Selling and Disclosure

Your personal data never leaves your phone, so VesperGate has nothing to share, rent, trade or sell. We do not disclose user data to partners, affiliates, data brokers or anyone else, because we do not hold any.

How Long Information Lasts

Saved items and settings stay on your device until one of the following happens:

• you delete them inside the app
• you clear the app's data from the Android system settings
• you uninstall Clip Master Pro, which removes its local storage

VesperGate keeps no backup or duplicate. Once you remove your data from the device, we cannot recover it for you.

Protecting What You Store

The app's data lives in sandboxed storage, which Android keeps separate from other apps. Nothing is transmitted, so your data cannot be intercepted in transit, and there is no remote database that could be breached. The safety of your data also depends on the device itself. We recommend using a screen lock and installing Android system updates as they become available.

Children

Clip Master Pro does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 or under the minimum age that applies in their country. The app collects nothing, so a child who uses it does not provide personal information to VesperGate. Parents or guardians with questions can contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

Your Rights Under GDPR and CCPA

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you several rights over your personal data:

• access
• correction
• erasure
• restriction of processing
• portability
• objection to processing
• lodging a complaint with your local supervisory authority

VesperGate does not process any of your personal data, so we hold nothing to hand over, correct or erase. You keep full control yourself. You can edit or delete saved items in the app, or remove everything by uninstalling it.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you these rights:

• to know what personal information is collected
• to have it deleted or corrected
• to opt out of its sale or sharing
• not to face discrimination for exercising any of these rights

Clip Master Pro collects no personal information, and VesperGate neither sells nor shares it, so you do not need to opt out of anything. We will never treat you differently for asking about your rights. You are always welcome to contact us with a privacy request, and we will respond.

Updates to This Policy

If a future version of Clip Master Pro changes how it handles information, we will revise this policy and update the effective date before that version is released. Any new data practice would be described here clearly before it applies to you. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
