NEVO is a remote ecom performance marketing agency managing DTC brands across Meta and Google in the US, UK and Australia. We cover paid ads, creative strategy and offer optimisation. We are not a big agency with layers of account managers who send monthly reports and call it client success. We are a lean, high-standard team that actually cares whether our clients grow.
The founder started as a media buyer in 2019, built this from scratch, and is now looking for the person who will own the operation so he can focus entirely on growth.
The role
This is not a coordinator role. This is not a task manager role.
You will be the operational core of the agency: the person clients hear from, the person media buyers report to, the person who catches problems before they become fires, and the person who makes sure every account is performing and every client feels genuinely looked after.
In 90 days you will have reduced the founder's involvement in daily operations by 80%. That is the mission.
What you will actually do
* Own daily client communication across Slack. Proactive, warm, solution-focused
* Manage and hold accountable our media buyers: Set expectations, review work, give feedback
* Review ad accounts regularly. Media buyers are doing that too, but you need to stay on top.
* Help with hiring creative strategist that will brief designers and video editors on creative concepts
* Ensure 100% of campaigns go through QA before launch
* Build and improve the systems and SOPs that make the agency run without the founder in every conversation and deliver better output for clients. Growing their ecom stores, Growing the agency.
Who we are looking for
You have 2-5 years of real agency experience. You have managed multiple clients at once and handled the pressure that comes with it.
You think in systems. When something goes wrong you fix the process, not just the problem.
You use AI tools daily. It is part of how you work.
You are warm and engaging with clients but precise and structured behind the scenes.
You want a long-term position where you can own something and grow with it.
You are reliable to your core. If you say it gets done, it gets done.
