Client Relationship & Development Specialist — Remote
We are seeking a self-directed professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills to support prospective client engagement within the personal and professional development sector.
This remote, independent role involves connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about personal development, leadership and professional growth programs. The focus is on having meaningful professional conversations, understanding individual goals, sharing relevant information and following an established communication process.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through professional communication channels
Conduct introductory conversations to better understand individual goals, interests and suitability
Build rapport through thoughtful questions and genuine conversation
Share relevant information about personal and professional development programs
Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with prospective clients
Work within an established client engagement and communication process
Maintain organized records of conversations and follow-up activity
Participate in ongoing personal, professional and leadership development
Develop a strong understanding of the programs and resources available
