🎯 Role Description
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist & Sales Closer who will play a key role in driving our growth.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Generating leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr & cold outreach
Building strong relationships with prospective clients
Managing and fostering the sales pipeline
Delivering client presentations and proposals
Understanding client needs and aligning them with our services
Closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets
You will work closely with our internal team to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
💰 Compensation Structure
Commission: 10% – 20% per deal closed
Performance-based bonuses
Opportunity to grow into Head of Sales / Business Development Lead

We are looking for someone who is:
Results-driven with a strong focus on exceeding sales targets
Excellent in communication (spoken & written English)
Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships
Confident in sales calls and client presentations
Experienced in customer service & client handling
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Familiar with CRM tools and sales platforms (a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
