Cleolatte is the daughter of an Ophisous government official. Her father was white and her mother is black. She grew up as a daddy's girl when he would come home from work, she would pounce on him and knock him to the floor. She was a happy and innocent child.

A little secret, I gave all my characters a Psychlogical test to develop their personalities, and Wrote a Bible for the series so i can keep track of things.

Around 8, she watched both her parents be killed by government officials and she was immediately sent away to a government-run school that trained Suzarines, Suzares and other government officials. She met her future lieutenants Atlasan and Darganto at the school. Atlasan became a father figure to her, and Darganto saw the rage in her and saw her potential as a Suzzarine.

At the school, she was immediately bullied by a gang of girls. The torment was so bad one day that she accidentally killed the gang's leader's sister with a rock she found on the ground. That day she changed, and would become one of the most dangerous leaders in the universe, not only to the Ophesious government themselves but any other enemies such as the UWSS Space Rangers. Though she does have a respect for one of the enemies, and both sides make jokes about her having a crush on Rocky Jones himself, always comparing the lack of efficiency of her two lieutenants Darganto and Atlasan
