You would not believe the lengths Monique went to in order to make sure I had the perfect veil for my special day.
First of all, I was on a very tight time line because we decided to elope in weeks. I jumped on Etsy and ordered what I thought would be the perfect veil with enough time to receive the item. But, when the veil arrived the shade of rose gold did not match my dress.
I quickly notified Monique and asked what I should do. She calmly explained she had a new color that might work and she could dye a new veil and add the metallic flakes and get it mailed before my date. The date I notified her was 6 days from my wedding date.
She made it happen. The veil arrived the day of the ceremony before noon as promised and was absolute perfection!

Refunds are offered on ready-to-ship items ONLY. Ready-to-ship garments and accessories are considered items that are in-stock in our studio. If any alterations are requested, the garment is no longer ready-to-ship, therefore NOT eligible for a refund. Ready-to-ship returns must be shipped back 2 business days after they are received. There are NO refunds on custom orders, because each item is handmade to fit your measurements and specifications.
All bespoke orders require a deposit, which is normally half the price of your order. Your deposit allows us to start the process of creating your one-of-a-kind order. Since we have already invested time and materials in your order, half of your down-payment is non-refundable.
Finally, measurements are the responsibility of the client, if any changes must be made to the garment due to change in measurement after the production process has started, an additional charge may be implemented. We make all orders directly from the measurements given to us.
If you are unhappy for any reason, we will definitely try to fix the situation. Our ultimate goal is to make you happy, we want to hear, "It fits like a glove, you are the best Cleo and Clementine"! All items are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, which includes tracking. Express upgrades are available as requested. Please send us a message if you require a different carrier.
