Clearing App Cache & Data

As part of general maintenance and to keep your devices and apps working smoothly, we would highly recommend regularly clearing the App Data and Cache of the apps that you use for our Service.

Android TV and Firestick Devices Note: You will need to re-enter your subscription username and password in the apps after clearing App Data. Make you that you have this to hand. Additionally, any favourites will also be cleared from the app when clearing App Data (excluding the QD app that store Favourites in the Cloud).

Firestick - Clear App Cache & App Data

○ Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications

○ Select the app that you want to clear the app cache and data for

○ Click Force Stop and Confirm

○ Click Clear Cache and Confirm

○ Click Clear Data and Confirm
