Clay Dig — Terms of Use

By installing or using Clay Dig you agree to these terms.

Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork, sound or code.

In-game items

Coins, boosters, skins and any other in-game item have no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for money or for anything else, and they may be changed or reset by an update. There are no real-money purchases in this app.

Advertising

The app is funded by advertising. Some rewards are offered in exchange for watching a video advertisement; watching is always optional and never required to continue playing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to modify the app, tamper with its stored data, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you live.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of faults or available without interruption, and we are not liable for lost progress or for any indirect loss arising from using it.
