Just picked up a bj4 non-worlds! JConcepts if that is what your track recomends then it will be fine there are faster motors on the market and there are slower it all depends on driving skill and the type of race track you race on for example racing indoors on a small wood floor a 13.5 is plenty quick enough where as outdoors on a large astro track a 5.5 or 6.5 is the way forward.
The standard front ride height on the BJ4 is between the CVD bones and front a-arms being level in the front. The standard rear ride height on the BJ4 is between the CVD bones and rear a-arms being level in the rear. Team Associated also makes a handy tool for measuring off-road ride height when more precision is necessary.
I run Maifield's Worlds setup on my non-worlds BJ4 and is a great starting point. One thing, make sure you pick up the .81" B44 front shock shafts.
