📌Typical Projects Include:
🔺Single-family residential properties;
🔺ommercial properties;
🔺Multi-parcel grading and improvement plans.
Responsibilities:
🔸Analyze survey reports, maps, and drawings to plan and design projects;
🔸Design grading plans and retaining wall structures to accommodate intended structures for a given site;
🔸Design drainage and erosion control plan to accommodate new structures and control site runoff;
🔸Compute earthwork quantities (Cut and Fill Volumes);
🔸Review and understand Geotechnical reports and incorporate recommendations;
🔸Review and understand local jurisdictional requirements and incorporate them into the plans;
🔸Coordinate with Structural Engineers to ensure proper foundation design for a structure.
Required skills:
🔹Direct experience with grading plans is a Plus;
🔹Bachelors or Equivalent (Civil Engineering)
- Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate Level of English is a MUST;
🔹Knowledge of Revit is a MUST;
🔹Verbal and oral communication skills (English);
🔹Good level of understanding of balanced Earthwork site;
🔹Tools: Trello, Timecamp, GSuite, BIM360, Revit & AutoCAD.
