Each of these rules must be observed by all chat participants. The CITY Holder community values adequacy, respect for each other and mutual assistance. Be attentive to other chat participants. For each violation by the chat administration, various sanctions can be applied: from a warning to a permanent ban.

By joining the CITY Holder chat, each user confirms the fact that he is familiar with these Rules of CITY Holder chats and agrees to comply with all points.

Below is a list of what is prohibited in the chat:

1. Pornography, shock content of any kind, harassment.
2. Politics, religion, issues of social (non-) justice, as well as discrimination on any grounds.
3. Any uncoordinated advertising (including native and private messages) is permanently banned. Advertising in the nickname, avatar, username, description of the user's account in TG.
4. Links to third-party resources, sites, platforms and communities, offers to play anywhere and in any form, mention of third-party resources of this kind. (Even if it doesn't look like an advertisement).
5. Promotion of alcohol and drugs.
6. Trade, begging.
7. Any way to bypass the mutation in the chat.

Flood, as well as excessive use of stickers, GIFs, videos, reactions under messages and other media materials are not welcome in the CITY Holder chat.

Sending messages on behalf of the channel/chat. Communication in CITY Holder chats is allowed only with the help of a personal account.

1. Excessive use of obscene language.
2. Insults (including veiled insults), provocations, incitement to conflict between chat participants.
3. Manifestation of aggression in any form.
4. Slander.

We understand that each of these rules can be interpreted to varying degrees in its own way, and if you think that you have been unfairly punished, be sure to write to the current chat administration. We will definitely figure out the situation. The penalty is determined by the administration.

These rules apply to all chats of the CITY Holder ecosystem.
