Cineva - Terms of Service 

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cineva mobile application ("Cineva", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Cineva, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Cineva is an information and discovery app for movies and TV shows. It helps you browse metadata, trailers, and availability information. Cineva is not a video streaming service and does not host or distribute full-length films or series for playback inside the app as a substitute for licensed streaming platforms.

Eligibility

You must comply with the age requirements of your App Store region. Content metadata may relate to titles intended for mature audiences. Parents or guardians should supervise use by minors.

Third-party data and services

The Movie Database (TMDB). Titles, descriptions, posters, backdrops, cast, credits, recommendations, and related data are supplied by TMDB or its APIs. That content is © and ™ of their respective owners and used in accordance with TMDB's terms and attribution requirements. Cineva does not claim ownership of this material.

Trailers and video. Preview and trailer experiences may open web views (for example Safari) or embedded players that load video from third parties such as YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Streaming availability ("Where to Watch"). Provider lists and regional availability are informational and may be incomplete or change without notice. Watching a title on a subscription service always happens in that provider's own app or website, under that provider's rules.

Advertising (Google). If enabled in your build, Cineva may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and related Google components to show advertisements. Google's policies and technologies apply to those features.

Your use of the app

You agree not to misuse Cineva: no reverse engineering to extract our non-public APIs beyond normal use, no attempt to disrupt the service, and no use that violates applicable law.

Watchlist, favourites, streaming-service preferences, and similar features store data on your device unless we explicitly introduce a signed-in account or cloud sync in a future version (which would be described separately).

Subscriptions and purchases

If Cineva or a future version offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds will follow the rules of the Apple App Store and any purchase flow shown at the time of payment. Until such features are live and clearly labeled in the app, no subscription fee is required for the core discovery experience described in these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Cineva is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that metadata, availability, or links will always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You use the app at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cineva and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app or reliance on information shown in the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will change when we do. Continued use of Cineva after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
