Cigarette smuggling has been suppressed

Cigarette smuggling has been suppressed.

Border guards and customs officers found 167 packs of undeclared cigarettes in the luggage of a passenger on a Chisinau — London flight.

The owner of the cargo turned out to be a 55-year-old Lithuanian citizen who tried to smuggle more than 3,300 cigarettes without official registration.
