Christy Mack sustained multiple broken bones in her face during an attack earlier this month, leaving her in desperate need of facial reconstruction. The suspect is her former boyfriend, MMA fighter War Machine. War Machine, whose real name is Jon Koppenhaver, allegedly broke Mack's nose and 18 bones in her face.
Mack also suffered a broken nose, broken teeth, fractured ribs, a ruptured kidney and multiple bruises in the attack.
TMZ reported that a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon has offered to come to Mack's aid, offering free facial reconstruction to the injured porn star.
Dr. Harrison H. Lee has reportedly contacted Christy Mack and volunteered to perform free facial reconstructive work. The doctor feels a "special responsibility" because he has mixed martial arts training; Lee does not believe in abusing MMA training. It is unknown whether Mack has accepted his kind offer.
According to Celebrity Net Worth , the 23-year-old adult film star has an estimated net worth of $500,000. An online fundraising campaign to cover Mack's medical bills has received a whopping total of $74,870 by the morning of August 18, 2014. Mack's fellow adult film actress Kendall Karson began the charity drive and wrote a powerful message against domestic violence along with kind words for her injured friend.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Christy Mack is planning to revive her porn career once her recovery is complete. An unnamed source said Mack plans to return to the adult film industry because the media coverage surrounding her brutal attack will be good for business.
Update: The anonymous source who claimed Christy Mack was returning to porn was apparently mistaken. In an update, The Inquisitr recently reported that the former adult film star used Twitter to deny the rumor that she was going back into the business.
