Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 th of December 1973, to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. He finished his primary and secondary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. The university awarded him a BSc.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome entered into ministry while he was still a student at AAU. The Believers' LoveWorld fellowship was at the time known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
