Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first son of the Oyakhilomes, being born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. He went to primary and secondary school. After that, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) located in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria in which he earned a BSc. In Architecture.

While still in AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a pupil. He began his journey into the ministry while in AAU. The Believers' LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was then known as Youths For Christ.

YFC rapidly grew and eventually was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the headquarters of the church. Believer's LoveWorld is today a global church with thousands of members and associates all around the world.

In the context of the 2002 miracles, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry. The program was canceled in May of 2004 after President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria announced that churches should cease broadcasting miracles.

Pastor Chris's Ministry includes four branches including publishing ministry, healing ministry; television ministry; and the teaching ministry. Future Africa Leaders' Foundation (FALF)

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative that aims to help develop and enhance the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation recognizes and supports youngsters Africans who have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills by influencing their generation positively. This is accomplished by educating, empowerment of youth and mentoring.

The foundation honours these young leaders with an award ceremony known as The Future Africa Leaders' Award. The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was established in 2005 to help the poor, needy children who are orphaned, vulnerable and living as homeless around the globe..

This foundation aids these poor children and communities through providing sustainable and participatory interventions like child development programs for childcare and family strengthening programs for innercity mission children's school, in addition to other programmes.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to enhance the quality of life and the overall health of communities and countries by encouraging better emergency response services for accidents and emergencies. The foundation has been established to support national policies concerning trauma care through advocacy, health education in the community, community-based programs and advocacy.

More than 1000 classes in first aid, safety and emergency management were conducted by the foundation. Their record shows that they were able educate thousands of teachers, students, law enforcers as well as caregivers and road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).

The Volunteer Medical Corps is an international christian medical outreach. It provides aid materials medical aid, relief, as well as education to refugees and internally displaced persons within affected regions.
