This is such a sweet little baby doll! My 2 year old daughter loves it. I've had this doll in my cart for months, and wasn't sure about getting it as it seems so small. I had a hard time getting dimensions or finding pictures that indicate how big it is. The recommended age is birth and up, but what is a newborn going to do with this? Honestly, I don't see a baby under 1 really playing with this very much. So Baby Chloe is around 7.5 inches long, her basket is just slightly longer. Perfect size for toddler hands to hug and hold. Her hair is different than shown in the pictures here, it is not yarn but little plush puff balls, I will add a few pictures so you can see. She has an adorable belly button! She is made of a soft sueded terry type fabric, that really collects lint and dog fur, unfortunately. Our Chloe spends a decent amount of time naked on the floor. My daughter doesn't like her to be dressed for some reason. Her little diaper and outfit have Velcro closures. Her blanket and the basket are reversible -flowers print on one side and light pink with white flowers on the other. Very well made and totally adorable. And she has a little jingle bell inside of her, to me that is the only thing that makes her seem like she is for babies. I got this as sort of a gateway baby doll for my daughter. She doesn't have any of the plastic realistic baby dolls yet, she is more into her stuffed animals. I thought this would be a way to introduce something for her to nurture and still be soft and cuddly like a stuffie. I bought her a pack of the magic baby bottles to go with this so she can feed Chloe. She uses the bottles to feed her Snoopys more often than Chloe so far. She is not yet interested in putting Chloe in her diaper or dressing her in her outfit -honestly, the outfit is difficult to get on and off and I am not sure at what point she would be able to do this without assistance. Overall, the doll is adorable and well made. If you LO likes real baby dolls, I would skip this one. If they lean more towards stuffies, this is a good way to get them a first baby doll that they can sort of take care of. I would say the appropriate age range is around 18 months to 3 years, maybe beyond, not sure yet.

This doll is much more adorable, much more detailed, better made, and more colorful then you can tell in the picture. Also in addition to its outfit, blanket, and bed it comes in a very durable vinyl bag, and the doll has a little musical bell called a "heart beat rattle" in it. Also the bed, dolls outfit, and blanket are all reversible to reveal a rich fabric. Her outfit goes from a soft pink one with bear ears, to a bright pink hoodie. I will be buying Lilliputiens again, these Belgium toys are great. It may be a little more expensive and then again less expensive the other dolls, but it will last a life time, the stitching is so well done and the material so soft yet strong. Also you can wash it all if you need to in a pillowcase. It is small but it is the right size for a child to be able to carry around and play with. I would recommend it for a 18 months old to a 4 year old. However it is suitable and safe for much younger. My daughter likes to reverse its outfit, check its diaper, carry it around in its bed, and tuck it in and sleep with it at night. This toy enriches imagination, and the nurturing instinct.

We have both Eline & Chloe babies (renamed Baby Peanut and baby Donut by the toddlers), and they adore them. The quality is impeccable and the little crib, blanket, diaper and outfit are adorable. Such tiny details! The babies have a slight rattle to them which I didn't expect but makes them all the more loveable. These are perfect little portable dollies and great for nighttime snuggling. Highly recommend. Plus they have a bit of nostalgia....we had a tiny "baby" growing up that had her own fabric crib and blanket too. Adding: The image of Baby Chloe (or in our case, Baby Donut) shows yellow yarn hair. Ours has fabric "balls" for hair, I assume because the yarn eventually pulled out and the makers redesigned the doll. Not as cute as the photo but cute nevertheless.

This is an adorable doll that comes with it's own little basket it sleeps in. It is a present for my granddaughter who will be turning 1 year old soon. Although she may not understand the concept of the diaper it will be great to have her put baby Chloe to sleep when baby Sarah has to go into her crib. It is very well made, cuter than pictured, just the right size for a little one (8' long) and is totally safe. There are no buttons to pull off and nothing that could harm baby. These dolls are made in Belgium and are worth every penny. I'm so glad I found these toys that are fun, educational and safe for baby.

I bought this for my 20 month old and she is obsessed with her baby. It comes everywhere but the basket makes it easy to carry which is great for toddlers.

I agree with the other comment this doll isnt what you see in the pictures...cheeks not embroidered and the hair not like wool, and in separate strands. But nevertheless, the cheeks aren't bad and look soft and the hair is okay. It still very cute. and its face looks sweet. It has detachable clothes and a mini little basket, and it has a nice sounding rattle inside the doll. Nice size for small hands. Its a bit overpriced in some ways but worth buying quality than quantity.

Für Kleinkinder top!!!

Allerdings gebe ich nur vier Punkte da das Püppchen aus "samt" ist und wirklich alle Fusseln und Flusen dran kleben! Außerdem ist es sehr schwierig das Püppchen an-und auszuziehen da die Füße sehr groß sind und dafür ist unsere Tochter mit 15 Monaten einfach noch nicht geduldig genug-aber die Größe ist perfekt und die Kinder können keine Augen o.Ä. verschlucken da alles aufgenäht ist! Sehr gut durchdacht-bis auf die großen Füße! 😉

Evan sighed and breathed in the cool night air. It was late spring, close enough that summer would be coming soon but still brisk at night. Usually he would have stayed inside but tonight he had a once in a lifetime chance to watch a meteor splinter directly overhead in the night sky. He checked his watch. It wouldn’t be long now.
There was a flash as it hit the edge of the atmosphere and then little white pieces flew in all directions like some kind of eerie firework. It lasted less than a minute. Evan watched until they had faded and then walked back to his house. Such large meteors were rare, and even rarer that they hit the atmosphere so directly. The chances that it would happen right over his small town, it was amazing.
Sydney walked into school the next morning, bleary eyed and grumbling. One month, she had one month until she graduated. Honestly she didn’t see the point of school, she was doing it for her mother.
The bell rang. She checked the clock. No point going to her first period class, the teacher never took attendance anyways. She wandered towards the nearest bathroom where she knew she would hide from any inquisitive teachers until second period.
She was so busy staring at her phone that she didn’t even notice her outfit changing as she walked into the bathroom. She absentmindedly tugged at her jeans to adjust her underwear which seemed to have gotten bunched up. Except her jeans seemed to disappear in her hand and she touched plastic.
“Huh? Ah!” Sidney gasped. She was wearing a pink princess t-shirt, short skirt and what seemed like an oversize diaper underneath. She flipped her skirt up for just a moment to check. Not a diaper but a pull-up! Suddenly her cell phone twisted in her hand, leaving her holding a stuffed teddy bear.
“I… Umm…” Sidney looked around in shock. The stalls and sinks had disappeared, replaced by training potties and a few changing tables in the back that looked big enough for her. Classmates that she knew hurried into the bathroom, their hands pressed against their crotches, clearly needing to go potty like they were two year olds. Teachers stood by the potties, helping them and wiping a few of them.
Sidney turned and saw a teacher she knew, Ms. Edwards, looking at her.
“Do you need to go potty? I can help if you’re nervous.”
“N-No!” Sidney stuttered. Her bowels tinged. It felt like a fart. Sidney pushed and something solid slipped between her butt cheeks and entered her pull-up. Sidney stood there in shock.
“I- no! What!?!” Sydney asked. She was so completely caught off guard that she just did the first thing her instincts told her to do. She squatted to finish her poop. That made Ms. Edwards even angrier at her.
“Sydney did you just do that on purpose?” She asked. She clearly thought Sidney had.
“I- um- It was an accident!” Sidney said. Intellectually she realized how unconvincing she must have sounded. She’d just squatted and pooped her pull-up without even trying to get to one of the potties and now she was stuttering. But she had no idea how she was supposed to act.
“C-can, um, can I have a clean pull-up?” She tried, not believing that she was asking for a pull-up instead of panties.
“No.” Ms. Edwards said simply, taking Sidney by the arm and marching her into the corner “If you want to poop your pants, then you aren’t ready for pull-ups.”
“But… hey wait, this isn’t fair!” Sidney said
“Yes it is.” Ms. Edwards said “If you choose to poop your pants, then you belong in diapers.”
Ms. Edwards ignored her and pulled down her soiled pull-up. Sidney squeaked and covered herself as best she could with her hands.
“No need to be so dramatic.” Ms. Edwards said, pressing a baby wipe to Sidney’s behind like it was the most normal thing in the world.
Sidney turned beet red, even though none of the others around her seemed to think much of it.
“I can wipe myself!” She said, not believing that she even needed to say it
“I know you can.” Ms. Edwards said in the most patronizing voice Sidney had ever heard “I’m just helping.”
“I- hey I don’t need diapers either!” Sidney protested as Ms. Edwards unfolded a thick, disposable diaper. It had patterns on the front, like a baby diaper, except big enough to fit Sidney.
“It’s just a precaution in case you have another accident.” Ms. Edwards said
“I don’t have accidents!” Sidney said
Ms. Edwards sighed and held up the pull-up she had just taken off Sidney. There was a brown, blotchy stain on the seat.
“I, um, it was just once!” Sidney said, trying to save face. Ms. Edwards just nodded and taped the diaper on. She stood up and threw the used pull-up in a nearby diaper pail.
Sidney fled the bathroom, her diaper forcing her to toddle a little on the way out. Except with every step, her diaper seemed to get thinner and thinner. Her pants reappeared on her, her t-shirt went back to normal, and by the time she was back in the hallway she was completely normal again. A couple kids gave her looks as they passed. Sidney patted her butt to make sure she was back to panties and hurried away, deciding that maybe class wasn’t so bad after all.
Sidney spent the rest of the day trying to forget what had happened. She avoided the first floor bathroom at all costs. Nothing out of the ordinary happened until the next morning when her mother dropped her off at school. Sidney got out of the car and turned to wave her mother goodbye, but to her surprise, her mother got out too.
