Chisinau Zoo temporarily suspends work
Chisinau Zoo has announced a temporary closure for visitors due to extreme weather conditions and heavy ice. The decision was made solely for safety reasons in order to minimize the risk of injury in icy areas of the territory.
The zoo management apologizes for the inconvenience and asks residents and guests of the capital to understand the time restrictions. Special attention is paid to the safety of families with children and elderly visitors, for whom icy areas pose the greatest danger.
The resumption of normal operations will be announced additionally as soon as weather conditions stabilize and the area becomes safe for walks and excursions. The zoo encourages everyone to follow the updates on the official channels and social networks of the institution.
