The appeal, filed Monday and obtained by Page Six, claims Caleb Williams "used the only [computer] that had child pornography on it [and] was tech savvy."
It comes on top of a 30-year prison sentence handed to the "I Believe I Can Fly" singer in June after he was found guilty of sex-trafficking and racketeering.
According to the documents obtained by Page Six, he is also prohibited from coming in contact with any of the minors involved in the case.
Duggar, who was convicted of receiving and possessing child porn, is expected to make his bed "military-style" every weekday and partake in daily chores.
Josh was found guilty of possessing and receiving child pornography in December 2021 after a six-day trial where the jury deliberated for seven hours.
"I have forgiven my brother of his wrongdoings," Jason wrote of Josh one day after the 34-year-old was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
The former TLC star was accused of downloading child porn files onto a computer at his now-shuttered used car dealership in May 2019.
Cheer coach Monica Aldama says in Season 2 of the Netflix show that Harris, who is awaiting trial for child pornography charges, sent her a letter.
