KIDS TV show Simply Naked has sparked outrage after adults stripped naked for a panel of children 'to promote body positivity'.
The Dutch TV show sees five free-spirited adults strip naked disrobe in front of the youngsters to answer any questions they have about the human body.
Dutch broadcaster NTR released a trailer for the show, which saw some of the children giggling as the adults came into the room.
TV presenter Edson da Graça told NOS: "The aim is to teach children that each and every body is different and that not all bodies are perfect."
While Simply Naked doesn't deal with sex, critics have still slammed the show as "disgusting".
Thierry Baudet - leader of right-wing FvD party - even went as far as to say the show "comes close to promoting paedophilia".
The broadcaster issued a statement following the backlash, saying: "The children knew exactly what was going to happen and they could say how they felt during the programme at any time.
"We had expected a bit of a ruckus. Not everyone will think this is for children and that’s OK.
"It’s up to the parents to decide if their children can watch."
Simply Naked is based on a Danish TV show which also faced backlash.
Sofie Münster, a parenting expert told the New York Times in October about the show: "We recognise the significance of a bruise. Danish parenting generally favours exposing children rather than shielding them.
"This is how we educate our children, we show them reality as it is."

Is it illegal to have naked photos of your own children?
So I was having a conversation with my friend just now, talking about embarrassing photos of our children to show them/friends/future boyfriends or whatever when they are older I mentioned I have a funny one of DD sat on the potty naked, and she seemed quite shocked that I had a photo like that because someone told her when her DS was a baby that its illegal to have naked photos of your own children! She's never took photos of her son naked, not even innocent ones of him in the bath or anything, because she thought it was against the law.

I have to admit I've got quite a few, but they are my own personal photos, I don't put the naked ones on Facebook or anything like that... The particular photo I was talking about DD is sort of leant forward with her hands on her knees so you can't see anything anyways. I also have a really funny one of her in just a pair of knickers and welly boots!

Obviously if they were indecent naked photos or being distributed to the wrong kinds of people that would be a problem, but for a mum to have ones of her own children?? It sounds absurd!

Can anyone impart some wisdom on this? Am I actually breaking the law because I have a few naked photos of my OWN children??
No - they have to be indecent to be illegal

It's such a sad world when ur made to feel sad for having naked pictures of ur kids in ur phone isn't it ? I'm not aware if its illegal ! I hope not as like u I have some crackers on my phone of both my boys there my pictures my memories ! Surely innocent naked running round the garden snaps are different to porn!?
No, it's not illegal. If it were hundreds of thousands of parents would have been prosecuted.
