Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Benarrivati Travel Services. The CTO will define and drive the overall technology vision to support luxury travel operations, digital customer experiences, and internal efficiencies. Day-to-day activities include leading software and platform development, overseeing systems architecture, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable technology infrastructure. The CTO will collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business priorities, manage technology projects from planning to delivery, and evaluate new tools and vendors to enhance products and services. The role also includes building and mentoring a distributed technical team, establishing development standards and best practices, and monitoring performance, security, and compliance across all systems.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in IT Strategy, AI and Technology Leadership, including setting long-term technology roadmaps and aligning them with business goals.
* Hands-on background in Software Development with AI tools, with the ability to guide engineering practices, code quality, and technical decision-making.
* Proven track record in Project Management and Product Development, delivering digital products end-to-end in an agile, iterative environment.
* Experience leading or collaborating in remote, distributed teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Previous leadership in travel, hospitality, luxury services, or related industries is a strong plus.
