Chief Technology Officer

Rapidly growing fintech start-up in South East Asia iCare Benefits is looking for the Chief Technology Officer 

We are reinventing the consumer finance for the underbanked blue-collar workers across South East Asia with operations currently in Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Laos. iCare (www.icarebenefits.com) is a technology platform enabling professional lenders (banks, MFIs, debt funds) to issue low-risk consumer loans to millions of workers using our largest network of factories in the region. Compared to traditional lenders, we massively reduce operational costs and risk by lending through an employer-sponsored program with direct repayments from the worker’s salary. This allows us to offer borrowers nearly 100% acceptance rate, zero interest installment shopping, and safe and convenient repayments.

Our СTO will navigate rapidly growing scale and complexity of our technology platform across multiple geographies, including:

• Business capabilities, improvement of IT operational stability and reduce time of delivery based on current and future trends

• Overall Integration Solutions with professional lenders

• Continuous improvement of existing software architecture and applications while maintaining service levels and high code quality

• Change strategies that will improve end to end execution of technology projects to reduce cost, improve quality and gain efficiencies

• Transformational technology vision and leadership that cultivates a culture of empowerment and accountability

We expect the successful candidate to have at least 5 years experience in the cutting edge technology company, with particular focus on IT operations and Integration. Experience with Mobile Apps is a significant plus.
