Our core values
These are important to us. If these don't resonate with you, this is not the right fit. Please don't apply. They're a huge reason our culture works.
1.   Do what you say you're going to do
2.   Have a positive, can-do attitude
3.   Be a team player
4.   Always strive to exceed expectations
5.   Be accountable and reliable
6.   Integrity above all else
Who we are
Simple House Capital Group owns, runs and grows service companies. We also consult with owners who are stuck: owners doing real revenue who need help with marketing, sales, operations, hiring and getting the business to run without them. Sometimes that turns into a consult-for-equity partnership.
We know how these businesses work because we own and run them. We've talked with 300+ service business owners.
Here's the honest part
Our consulting marketing isn't working yet. Meta is bringing in people who aren't owners, companies that are too small, and people who don't read the ad. Our leaders have been playing marketing strategist on nights and weekends. That's not our seat.
We want someone who has already done this, specifically: run Meta for a consulting, coaching or B2B services offer and filled a calendar with real, qualified business owners. We're paying for your experience, not your time. You've solved this before, so testing for us should look like what already worked for you, and we should see results fast. This is part-time work.
The job in one line
Fill our calendar with a steady stream of qualified service business owners who need help, and prove it with numbers from ad dollar to signed client.
Who you're bringing us
Owners of service businesses that serve the public with real revenue and a team, not one-person shops. That includes:
•    Home services: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, pest control and similar
•    Other service businesses that sell to the public: schools and lesson studios, CPA and bookkeeping firms, and similar
Not a fit for us: restaurants, retail stores, e-commerce or online-only businesses.
Every owner conversation lands in one of three places: not a fit right now (and they still walk away respecting us), consulting, or a consult-for-equity partnership.
What you'll do
•    Run the Meta account yourself, at first. For the first 30–60 days you're hands-on in the account until cost per qualified owner is down and our ideal client is nailed. Then you help us hire a media buyer to take over the buttons, and you manage them by the numbers.
•    Fix who's coming in. Build the qualifying into the hook, the creative, the form and the calendar so the people who book are owners at the right size. Teach Meta what a qualified owner looks like.
•    Build the front-door offer. Owners almost never raise their hand for "consulting." Package and name the first step so the right owner feels dumb saying no. Written up as a manual our team can follow.
•    Write the messaging and the creative. Pull out what owners are already telling themselves. Write the hooks, copy and video scripts. Direct Dwight or Brandon on camera, and tell us when to bring in talent instead.
•    When something wins, push it. Make 20 more ads with different hooks, angles and creative without being asked.
•    Build the follow-up so no owner gets dropped. Landing page, tracking, speed to lead, confirmations, no-show rebooks and win-back. Some automated, some human, all on purpose.
•    Make it visible. We're a virtual team. Build the dashboard that shows spend → leads → qualified → booked → showed → signed, every week.
Your first 30 days
This isn't a 90-day plan.
•    Week 1: See it and fix it. Get access. Audit the Meta account, past leads and booked calls. Listen to real calls. Relaunch with the qualifying fixes before the week is out.
•    Week 2: The offer and the creative. The front-door offer is named and built. First batch of hooks, ads and video scripts is live.
•    Week 3: The follow-up. Speed to lead, booking, confirmations, no-show and win-back flows are running. The dashboard is live.
•    Week 4: Scale what wins. Kill what doesn't. Weekly report from dollars spent to signed clients.
Days 31–60: drive cost per qualified owner down, nail the ICP by industry, then hire and hand off the buttons to a media buyer you manage. After that, your hours come down a lot. That's the point.
How we work: it's a relay
You get the baton from us: what we know about owners and what they actually buy. You build the plan and run it, then hand it to the people executing as the team grows. They report back, and you hand us the results and what to change next. Nobody drops the baton. Nobody runs alone.
You're probably a fit if:
•    You've marketed to owners of service businesses: home services, trades or other local service companies. E-commerce, retail or SaaS-only backgrounds aren't a fit right now.
•    You've run Meta for a consulting, coaching or B2B services offer and filled a calendar with qualified owners. You can show the numbers.
•    You love building a plan, watching it run and staring at KPIs.
•    You see the whole funnel. What happens after the form fill matters as much as the ad.
•    When an offer starts working, you already know what to do, and you don't wait to be asked.
•    You think in offers, not just ads.
•    You're strong with AI, with results to prove it, and you still use your own head.
•    You've hired and managed media buyers or VAs by their numbers.
•    Bonus: you're comfortable on camera and could be the face of some of our ads.
You're probably not a fit if:
•    You want to hand us a strategy deck and leave the results to someone else.
•    You won't get in the ad account yourself. Or you only want to push buttons and not own the strategy.
•    You run an agency. We want one person who does the work themselves, not a team behind you.
•    Your answer to everything is "let AI do it." Some follow-up needs a human.
•    You blame the algorithm, the leads or the sales calls before you look at the numbers.
•    You don't do what you say you're going to do.
The details
•    Part-time, fractional contract. Remote. Month to month. Reports to Dwight Harrison, CEO.
•    Heavier the first week or two while you fix the account and launch. After that, it should be a couple hours a day.
•    Pay: $50–$80/hour, based on experience. Ad spend is paid by us, separately.
•    Tools you'll touch: Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Zapier, and AI tools (we use Claude every day).
