Dezea® Studio is looking for a Chief Envoy to lead partnerships, client relations, strategic alliances, and external growth as we shape the next chapter of our creative agency.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone with strong experience across business, creative, brand, digital, and web project development — someone who understands how visionary ideas evolve into commercially successful collaborations and long-term client relationships.
The role combines business development, strategic partnerships, and agency growth with a strong external presence. You will help position Dezea® Studio as a globally recognised creative agency over the long term — building the foundations for enduring partnerships, international expansion, and category-defining work.
We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and well connected across the innovation, technology, and startup ecosystem.

This is a remote strategic leadership opportunity with significant long-term growth potential within the studio. While Dezea® Studio is based in Sweden, we welcome candidates internationally.
As we enter our next stage of growth, we view this as a founding leadership role within the future growth and commercial development of the agency. We are seeking a strategic partner who is motivated by helping build a globally recognised agency over the long term, rather than simply filling a conventional executive position.
During the initial evaluation period, the role will operate on a performance-based compensation structure, with the opportunity to evolve into a long-term partnership that may include performance incentives and equity / stock option participation.
A strong existing business network across the US and/or EU markets will be considered a significant advantage.
