First photo is what was advertised on their website second photo is what I received. I was speechless I couldn't believe my eyes, I just had to laugh. Believe me I have butt and curve. I am 5'4" 128 lbs. It's stucked and would not go any higher, it's plastic and smelled like shower curtains. They should be banned from selling in the US. They are just stealing money because they know that it's a huge inconvenience to return anything, people would just give up, throw the item on the trash and they'll stay with their US dollars. It takes 6 weeks to receive and the buyer has to pay for shipping to return and they want you to call first. Run, run, run.

I recently used the sizing chart on their website to purchase a blouse. The item arrived and the sleeves were too short. The workmanship was extremely poor as evidenced by many stray threads in various colors sewn into the white shirt. The big problem was when I attempted to return the item. This is their response: "We're so sorry for the problem.But I still want to satisfy you.Since return will be much more complicated for you, how about we offer you an Extra 15% OFF (no limits and no expiration，which works on discounted price)(code:CCY15) plus a $10 cash coupon for your next order as a compensation for your unsatisfied items,, you do not need to return it back since high shipping cost and inconvenience to you.Sincerely hope you can accept the compensation.Is that ok? Or We can give you a partial refund of 20% of this item, you do not need to return it back" Essentially they were offering me $7 for a $35 item. Thank goodness I paid using PayPal, but even after agreeing to a refund they want to stiff me on the shipping. I absolutely warn anyone thinking about buying from this company NOT TO DO SO.

I ordered a dress from Chic Me. It arrived weeks later and was so cheaply made. It looked nothing like the picture and the fabric was so thin. I then contacted their customer service to return it and they basically were telling me that it is way too difficult to return and it will cost me way too much to send it back. Then they said they will just refund me 20% of what I paid. Are you kidding me?! The reason Amazon, Nordstrom and Macy's are so successful is because they make it easy for people to order, try on, and return if it doesnt fit. CHIC ME is the complete opposite. Not to mention their messages to me were broken up English and hard to understand. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wasted $40 on a cheap dress and who knows what I am going to spend to return it, let alone if I am even going to receive a refund.

I didn't order through Amazon but directly through ChicMe.com and I wish I hadn't. Knowing the sizes ran small, I ordered 3 sizes up and it still didn't fit. On top of that, it was so short that it couldn't be considered a dress and the color was almost black when I ordered a royal blue. Even worse, it was so cheaply made and when I asked what I needed to do to get a refund they asked if I could give the dress away or resell it. Returning the "dress" was not difficult because I had to pay shipping n the shipping cost for it being sent to me wasn't refunded, I ended up losing and really only getting half the cost back, which wasn't worth it. But honestly, what else would I have done with it? Use it for rags to clean? This company is horrible and should be allowed to sell on Amazon.

Horrible Do not waste money or time . I accidently purchased my cart . Tried to cancel and they never did. Weeks later I recieved the items and the first thing I pulled out was intimates. Ridiculous it was suppose to be sher with white designs. It looked more like they cut two pieces of materials in a bra shape. Not cute . I immediately asked how to refund my purchase and of course half the items purchased could not be. I will be seeking someone higher in the company this is ridiculous. Again do not use.
