Today's featured person-of-interest is the creator behind the comic strip The Fugly Dumpling - @justinwleong
What started as a small effort to add some positivity into a handful of friends' weeks, The Fugly Dumpling has grown into something amazing, amassing over 18,000 readers in half-a-year!
At the moment, Justin's only goal is to reach as many people as possible. He feels lucky to be able to support his hobby with his full-time job and doesn't need financial support to k…eep doing what he loves.
In the future, he plans to partner with a handful of companies that have reached out to merchandise the comic in a couple of different ways (books, stickers, plush dolls, etc). But for now, the best way to follow and support his work is to subscribe to his comic strip on Webtoon and/or Tapas (2 comic sites that help grow his audience and pay him small amounts for every free subscriber).
