Chelsea Handler Announces New Comedy Special and Nationwide Tour

Los Angeles, CA – April 12, 2025

Comedian, author, and television host Chelsea Handler has just revealed exciting news for her fans: a brand-new comedy special and an accompanying nationwide tour. The announcement, made via her Instagram this morning, sent waves of excitement through her loyal fanbase.

Titled 'Handler Unfiltered,' the upcoming special will be produced by Netflix, marking her return to the streaming giant after her successful 2022 special, 'Revolution.' Handler, known for her sharp wit and unapologetic humor, promises that this new project will tackle everything from modern dating to political absurdities.

'I’ve been saving up all my best material—mostly things I couldn’t say on daytime TV,' Handler joked in her announcement video. 'If you thought I was honest before, just wait for this one.'

In addition to the special, Handler will embark on a 30-city tour across the U.S., kicking off in Chicago on June 1st and wrapping in her home state of New Jersey in August. Tickets go on sale next week, with presale access for fan club members starting tomorrow.

This news comes on the heels of Handler’s recent activism work, including her outspoken advocacy for women’s rights and her popular podcast, 'Dear Chelsea,' which continues to draw millions of listeners.
