I buy cars on a regular basis so I get to experience a large range of sales people. First off, he knows his product inside and out - and this is important. Let's be honest, car sales is a high turnover business and sales guys don't spend a long time in one place to learn enough. Not Albert - he takes his job and product seriously. He knows the ins and outs of the car and the various models and features. Second, Albert is a no-pressure sales guy. His primary objective was to make sure I got what I wanted. I started talking to Albert in January of 2018 about the new JL after I saw it at CES. I finally bought one last week (September). So Albert stuck with me for 9 months - we spoke on a regular basis and he was patient and never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want. Kudos to Albert and Covert for First class car sales. This is the way it should be. This is my second car from Covert and first one with Albert. I'm 100% sure that I will go back there for my next car and will want to work with Albert.

I’ve always had Toyotas , but the new Tacoma engine and transmission seemed weak and not very powerful, always hunting for gears. I bought my 2019 Frontier Pro 4x from Jim Johnson Nissan in Bowling Green, Ky...and so far am very pleased. The seats could be more comfortable on a road trip but other than that, it’s been just what I wanted in a mid size. Gas mileage is around 19 combined. Plenty of power and fun to drive.
I made my first visit to Porsche Central Austin over a year ago, and left with such trepidation due to my overall impression of the dealership. This was scheduled as an express service, on a Monday, despite it being a "B" service on my 2016 E-350, a fairly large routine service package. Sure enough, by the time I had gotten through my emails and required answers, the service was done and the car washed. This was despite it being a very busy Monday. This is the 4th MB I've bought and had serviced with MB of Austin, since 1998. I've always been impressed with their service.

The Porsche Macan S is a great vehicle. It is the second Porsche that we have owned. We started with a Porsche Boxter in 1999 and cept it until 2003. In 2015 Porsche introduced the Macan. We ordered one and have been driving it ever since. The perfect sports car and SUV all in one. We have not had one issue or concern with our vehicle in the four years we have owned it. The only thing we have had to do other than the regular annual service is replace the batteries in the keys.
This car is the size we need with the new features that will make our driving experience a pleasure. We look forward to driving this car and enjoying the ride.

It handles well. The only real issue I’ve had consistently is with the Apple Play. It doesn’t sync 20-30% of the time. There was a slight mechanical issue and my inspection light went on when actually I wasn’t due for a service for another 4000 miles. All in all it’s a nice ride.

If you want a cheap yet capable vehicle that can haul and tow anything than this is a good vehicle for you. The van is relatively comfortable but not luxurious. The rear beam suspension makes bumps turn into jitters. The engine is strong enough if the van is empty, but as you start to pile things in, the passing acceleration is decreased. The cabin does have minor wind noise but not too much tire noise. The seats pletny supportive enough for a van but I wouldn't recommend driving for very long distances while sitting in them as they aren't amazing. Mine is almost fully loaded and had an MSRP of $44,949. The transmission is a six speed auto which has enough gears most of the time, but sometimes when you put your foot down, the kickdown is slow.
I recently purchased my 6th car from BMW Austin with Troy Massey. The dealership and facilties are beautiful and comfortable, which makes waiting for any maintenance or repairs actually pleasant. The buying process with Troy has always been easy, respectful, and no pressure. Overall I was once again satisfied and look forward to my 7th car in a few yrs.

I can't imagine any way the shopping or buying experience could have been easier. Everyone was very friendly. Brian did a great job helping me learn about the Nissan Leaf since I've never had an electric car before. They let us take the car for a test drive by ourselves and even let me take it for an entire day so I could make sure I could make it to and from work on one charge. Once I decided to buy the car, the negotiation AND paperwork process took a grand total of approximately 30 minutes; that is not an exaggeration! And of course, I got a great deal on the price. My fiance has already decided that he'll be looking here when he's ready for his next car.

I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. I am overall pleased by the exceptional customer service Mr. Dozier provided. While exiting the service office he went above and beyond to open the door and walk me to the vehicle and follow up to make sure everything was done correctly and to my standards.
