A year ago, I've created an account in which I haven't done any movement there since these couple of weeks ago. The account is verified and I have already been holding some cryptos. However, I want to deposit money with my Debit Card, but it keeps me saying (after filling in my bank details): "Unable to process. There was a problem processing your payment. Please try a different card o try again later.".
The thing is that for maybe a year I haven't done any movement on this account. All those cryptos I am holding have come from other accounts that I did not have verified. The only account verified with my ID and everything is the one that keeps me showing up this error while trying to a deposit with my Debit Card.
I have already opened a ticket, but they haven't answered yet. Do you guys know what might be the problem? I've had no problems on the other accounts depositing with the same Debit Card, dunno why on this one...... And don't tell me is because I might not have funds on my Debit Card, because I do lol
I am quite desperate already and I don't wanna use any other exchange tbh.
Im having the same issue. One transaction was ok but I cant make more. It gove me the same error. The credit card company isn't blocing it for what i know.
I'm having the exact same problems. Two transfers went through when I purchased my first batch of crypto. Want to pop a little more in every so often, but it just gives me the same error.
On both of my bank cards (from different banks) I should add.
Did you try to buy from the main tab Buy With Credit/Debit Card in the app or in the wallet tab - deposit - fiat?
Same here. Just started happening today.
Same problem. My money left my account , but I didn't get my money. What should I do?
I've been buying crypto with fiat without any issues but today I was not able to purchase through binance so I called my bank and they said they were not recieving any transaction so maybe will be Binance fault. Im sure that it will be fixed in minutes or hours.
I have the same problem. No matter which bank you choose to do a IDEAL deposit, it shows the same error. It's the fault of Binance. I have seen this error before but normally it is fixed by it's own in a few minutes or only happens when choosing 1 bank but when I choose my other bank to do a IDEAL deposit it works, but now nothing seems to work. Non of the IDEAL bank deposits work so I guess I try again tomorrow but just want to tell that it's Binance problem and not your bank.
Maybe your debit card company is blocking it.
The same problem. I didn’t even first deposit) I’ve tried to use 2 bank cards but.... Then, i have a question, where are you from guys? I’m from Estonia and probably this people who lives in Europe have this problem.
Czech here. I could purchase perfectly fine until today.
Romania here. Made 2 purchase in the past and now same error. Created another account with my wife data => "unable to process". I created a ticket and they are saying to use 3rd party channel.
kas said lõpuks kuidagi tehingu ära teha?
Has anyone yet found a solution, I'm trying to buy BNB and I have the correct funds.
same issue here, i previously was able to deposit usd into my binance acc but not anymore it gives me this sms : "There was an error while processing your request. If the problem persists, please contact Support"
So i just sent them and email to see if they help me. I will call my bank although my bank always sends me notifs in regards to fraudulent transactions.

Are you unable to make payments via your debit card or credit card online or on e-commerce websites? Well, it’s a common issue where users have reported transaction declined, or payment failed errors while trying to make a payment from their bank card. If you’re facing any such issues, do not worry, we’ve got your back. Here are five quick ways to fix credit card and debit card transactions not working for online purchases .
Your credit card or debit card can fail while making payments due to several reasons- may be the online transactions aren’t turned on, international usage is disabled, or maybe you’ve crossed your daily limits. Whatever be the case, below is how you can solve credit card and debit card transaction failure issues.
Following the recent RBI guidelines, debit and credit cards issued by banks, by default, are enabled only for domestic transactions at ATMs and POS terminals. Online transactions are disabled unless you manually turn them on, be it domestic or international.
So, if you have got a new card or haven’t done an online transaction with your card yet, it’s likely that it has been disabled for online use. This is done to safeguard people from unauthorized online transactions.
You can manually enable online transactions via SMS or customer care, or from your bank’s mobile app and net banking. The process to enable or disable online transactions depends on your bank. However, below is a basic go-through guide you can follow on your end.
If you’re paying with your card on subscription-based services that follow recurring or automatic payments like Netflix , Spotify , or Prime Video , you’ll have to enable international transactions on your card. Else, the transaction won’t go through. This facility is usually not available on RuPay cards; try using VISA or MasterCard instead.
All credit cards and debit cards have certain limits on the maximum amount and daily transactions. If you try doing transactions of amounts over these limits, your card will automatically be declined, and the payment will fail.
So, check your card’s available daily limit and the maximum amount limit in your bank’s net banking or mobile app.
Most banks offer granular card controls, allowing you to turn them on or off for a particular transaction type. For instance, ICICI Bank lets you control transactions individually for Merchant outlets, ATM withdrawal, Online payments, Tap and Pay, and International usage.
Your card could be enabled for international use but not for online payments or merchants. This could cause transaction failure while making these types of payments. So, head to your mobile app or net banking, go to the Manage Card section, and check per transaction status and also the limit.
As a safety measure, banks usually decline any transaction that seems suspicious or out of character with your normal spending or withdrawal habits. This may happen if you try doing a large transaction after a very long time or for the first time on your debit card.
Bank will generally call you for the transaction confirmation, asking whether it was really you who made the payment or transaction. You can also call the bank beforehand to make sure that they don’t block or decline the payment.
These were some quick ways to fix debit card and credit card transactions not working online problem. I hope you can now figure out and fix the problem causing the transactions to fail on your card. Always be careful and follow the necessary steps to protect your card from unauthorized use online. Stay tuned for more such articles.

If you try to visit a website and see a “500 Internal Server Error” message, it means something has gone wrong with the website. This isn’t a problem with your browser, your computer, or your internet connection. It’s a problem with the site you’re trying to visit.
This error may appear in a variety of different ways, but they all mean the same thing. Depending on the website, you may see the message  “500 Internal Server Error”, “500 Error”, “HTTP Error 500”, “500. That’s an error”, “Temporary Error (500)”, or just the error code “500”. It’s one of many different  error messages you might see in your browser .
However you see this displayed, this is an error with HTTP status code 500. The 500 error code is a generic message that appears when something unexpected happened on the web server and the server can’t offer more specific information. Rather than giving you a normal web page, an error occurred on the web server and the server gave your browser a web page with an error message instead of a normal web page.
This is a problem on the website’s end, so you can’t fix it yourself. Whoever runs the website will have to fix it.
However, there are often ways to quickly get around the problem. This error message is often temporary and the website may quickly fix itself. For example, many people may be connecting to the website at once, causing the problem. You may just need to wait a few minutes—or a few seconds—before trying again, and the website may work properly.
If you experience this problem, try reloading the web page. Click the “Reload” button on your browser’s toolbar or press F5. Your browser will contact the web server and ask for the page again, and this may fix your problem.
Important : You shouldn’t try reloading the page if you were submitting an online payment or initiating some type of transaction when you view this message. This may cause you to submit the same payment twice. Most websites should stop this from occurring, but a problem could occur if the website experiences a problem during a transaction.
If this doesn’t work, you may need to wait a while before coming back to the website later. The website is probably experiencing a problem, and the people who run the website will have to fix it. Try accessing the website again in the future and it may work properly.
If you’re concerned that the people who run the website aren’t aware of the problem, you may want to contact them and inform them of the problem you’re experiencing. If the website is broken for you, it’s probably broken for other people, too—and the website’s owner should want to fix it.
For example, if you experience the error on a business’s website, you may want to dial that business’s phone number. If the business has a customer service email address, you may want to write an email to that address. You can also contact many businesses on social networks like Facebook and Twitter.
If you’re looking for a web page and it isn’t available at the moment—whether it’s due to HTTP error 500 or any other problem—you can view an older snapshot of the web page in several different ways . This won’t work if you’re trying to access a dynamic website or a web page with timely information (like breaking news), but it works very well for accessing older articles and other static pages.
For example, if you’re using Google, use you access a cached copy of the web page in Google Cache. Locate the web page you want to view in Google’s search results, click the arrow to the right of its address, and click “Cached” to view the old copy. You may need to click the “Text-only version” link on the cache page to make the website load properly.
You could also load it up in a tool like the Wayback Machine to see older versions of the page.
If you’re a website owner and you’re experiencing this error on your server, there’s no single easy fix. There’s a problem with something, and it could be many things. Common problems include an error in your website’s .htaccess file, incorrect permissions on files and folders on your server, a software package that your website depends on not being installed, or a timeout when connecting to an external resource.
You’ll need to examine your web server’s log files and do more troubleshooting to determine the specific cause of the problem and its solution.
