Yes, it's how things are in our home and I accepted it. It's still much easier than a punishment, so most probably it really helps me to stay a good daughter.
I think the corner time is even harder than the spanking itself. It's so boring and all you can focus on is your burning behind and the question how long you will have to stand in the corner.

I think the idea behind it is more or less the same. It hurts me the whole Sunday and we often do family activities on Sunday. He says they are good for an additional reminder.

Yes, I sadly have to say that I think it works.
I normally never know how long it will be and I never know how much time already passed until I'm allowed to leave. I don't have to knee but I always have to stand. Sometimes with hands on my head, mostly with hands on my side only. It's almost impossible to hold your hand on your head for an hour or more, so hands on the side means it can be a long time waiting.

It does disturb. That's the idea behind it. I think it's better than disturbing my studies.

Yes,hands on head is difficult to keep too long.Standing is boring,but less painful than kneeling.But generally longer...So difficult to say what is the worse.

It is done with a big wooden spoon you can buy at IKEA. It is made for serving salad I think, so much more stable then a wooden spoon for cooking.
I can still enjoy the time with the family, we have a good time and a lot of fun together. It helps to know that your mother and sister feel the same and we support each other.

James I got punished already by wearing the belt 24/7. I'm also fine with a chastity bra. I would start arguing in case of thigbands, basically what's a reason of them, because they restrict movements. If I get a reasonable answer, for example, to prevent me wearing jeans, I would agree with such punishment.

As far as I understand no one here can choose between anything. If a chastity belt is part of your family routine, you will be belted, if spanking and punishment is part of your family routine, you will be spanked.
For me it's in addition. I have to wear my belt 24/7, I have to wear my tight bands from dinner to the next morning and I will receive my weekly maintenance spanking in less than 4 hours. It's not that I ever had a choice or will have until I meet Mr. Right.
If anything goes as I expected, I can make ONE descision about this in my life. The descision how I want to live my married life. As a good submissive woman or as a free woman in a marriage based on equality. If the first option is true, it's again not about me to define when, how or why I get punished or belted, if it is the second option, I will never have to present my body for punishment or a chastity belt ever again.
Thinking if I would prefer chastity devices or punishments will lead to nothing. It is not my choice and will never be.
