I took Sissyjilly's idea, came up with somthing you can't get out of without the key (or hack saw).

I found a 3" Hose clamp, put it around my penis and balls. When tightened to the point where I couldn't get it off (trust me you want get it off), I marked where I should drill a hole, so I can put a small pad lock and can't unscrew it.

I have to go to get a small PVC 90 degree like Sissyjilly. I'm going to drill a hole in the top of it. So I can lock it the the hose clap.
