Charisma or Compliance Violation?

HR departments are struggling with a new dilemma: how to handle employees who are so charming they break all the rules. Dubbed "The Charisma Exemption," these individuals skip deadlines, ignore protocols, and somehow get promoted for it. "He called the client 'dahling' and sold $2 million worth of product. He also submitted his report written on a napkin," sighed one exasperated HR manager. "Do we write him up or study him?" These employees operate on a different wavelength, where rules are suggestions and their smile is a get-out-of-jail-free card. Training seminars now include modules on "Identifying Calculated Charm vs. Sincere Incompetence." The rest of the workforce is torn between resentment and awe.
