At long last! CharaROM Reaches STABLE!

This marks a huge milestone for the project, and not just because of us reaching stable...

• QuickTap service has been removed from CharaROM, since none of our devices support it and it's frankly out of scope for this project
• F-Droid Privileged Extension has been updated to be able to compile in-line with the tree, and now functions correctly
• Want to use your own local NTP server but don't want to enable ADB debugging just to change it? We gotchu! In Settings, there is now an option to change the NTP server, a CharaROM first!
• Did someone say Duress Password? WE GOT IT! Using GrapheneOS' implementation as a reference, we ported the Duress PIN/Password functionality to CharaROM, making it the first LineageOS-derivative to include the function!
• Wanna control which apps have network access, without root or ADB? We got that covered, too! Thanks to CalyxOS, we now have a Firewall integrated into CharaROM!
• Thanks to TEESimulator-RS, we've now fixed one major TEE detection!
• Builds are now user builds due to us reaching Stable.
• Many more fixes have been included, such as (but certainly not limited to) an F-Droid Repo Masterlist, Autoreboot functionality, and Fenrir patches.

Additionally, I'd like to simply state how CharaROM now includes links to the blog and team websites in place of upstream's sponsors' links.
