Improvements:

Issues resolved:

1. Nav bar pill at the half of the homescreen upon user unlock.

2. Fixed right clock paddings and improved overflow handling

3. Resolve an issue rendering issues on some vulkan rendering devices (e.g oriole)

4. Resolve some crashes caused by gms vendor setup refactoring which failed and was reverted

5. Fixed status bar chip color pattern - now it follows light/dark theme

6. Fixed missing texts on meta apps (e.g facebook marketplace)

Major source changes:

1. ricedroid/risingOS hardware changes and OEM commits were now dropped (unless to optional/conditional ones) - if you found a not conditional oem changes from our source please let me know ill remove it.
