Notes:

If come from firmware A15/ HOS2 need flash firmware A14 first, 

Firmware A14 Global Latest.

Use latest fw (recommended global 1.0.12).

Into fastboot mode and install recovery

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

fastboot reboot recovery

Navigate to apply update/apply for adb

adb sideload (name_rom).zip

If you use gapps, indicate it at the end of the installation, reboot into recovery and install

FACTORY RESET FORMAT DATA

Start system
