Backport rcu-5.15, Pre-rooted resukisu, update kernel from latest source lineageos gerrit qcom sm8350, many more fix for smoother experience (if you change kernel, maybe it will lag as i experience it), and compiled it with Clang 24 per commits

Other bugs may exist, but please be aware because THIS USES VENDOR AOSP AND IS STILL BETA
