- Moved dt2w from oos addons to launcher settings (raise2wake as dt2w)

- fix performance mode switch (on prev builds it dissapeared)

- addons will now stop when screen is off and start when screen is on (previously it was running 24/7)

- Disabled bump sample rate by default (if you want to turn it on.. turn it on from oos addons)
