- Updated rils and hals to latest oplus 14 ones

- Now nandswap won't consume storage

- Corrected AOD brightness (no more random ahh brightness when using aod also)

Bugs :

- UI Lags for 30s after every reboot (it's fine after that)

- volte only works with dualsim and it only activated on one of the sim
