*Duties*

* Provide expert guidance on business analysis, strategic planning, and project management to support sustainable change.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in change management, business consulting, or management consulting roles with a focus on organizational transformation.
* Strong analysis skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and recommend effective solutions.
* Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
* Excellent research capabilities to gather insights on industry best practices and organizational needs.
* Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and business development activities.
* Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) are preferred.
