I joined this fitness gym a little while ago. The entire staff, sans one person is all female. In fact, when I took a tour of the place, a very cute, young girl took me around. When it came time for her to show me the men's locker room, she did knock on the door but at the same time she also walked in. There was one guy in there, fully dressed, and she did not even say, "excuse me," and he did not even acknowledge she was there. I found it kind of interesting.
So twice now, while I have been in various stages of undress in the locker room, another female attendant has just walked in to collect towels and restock toilet paper in the bathrooms. One time, when she walked in, I had just put on my underwear when she walked in. She saw me, stopped her approach and said, "sorry" but when I told her it was ok, she then continued on in to do what she needed to do.
The is NOT a crowded gym at all. Sometimes I am the only one there, especially on Fridays in the late afternoon. So yesterday, here in the northeast, we had a few inches of snow and the gym was completely empty. Now normally, I wear my workout clothes to the gym, store my street clothes in the locker room and then workout, take a sauna and then shower and get dressed. Yesterday, I did not. I wore my street clothes to the gym. When I got there, the gym was empty, except for two ladies working out and 2 female attendants. They have a 30 year old Mexican or Hispanic woman who cleans the locker rooms and when I walked in, she was cleaning out the cabinets in front of the sauna and steam room, right by the scale. She saw me come in, but continued with her work.
Well, I had to get into my work- out clothes, so I went to the locker area, and stripped down. I could hear her around the corner, still at the cabinets. So, compleltey naked, I walked over to the scale to weight myself, not 3 feet from where she was, actually acting if I did not notice her. She was kneeling down and the cabinet door was open, so her view was obstructed. I stayed on that scale until she closed the door and there I was, completely naked, weighing myself and she was crouched down, eye level to my cock, nice and fluffed, no more than three feet away. I did not even glance her way. She looked, turned around and walked to the shower area. I stayed on the scale until she turned the corner. Then I went back to the locker area and stayed there, naked. When I heard her coming back out, I walked over, naked to the toilet area so she could see me again. She got another good look and then walked past me to the door and walked out of the locker room.
She is in there quite a bit cleaning. I am now going to make sure that I always wear my street clothes to the gym so I do not pass up any flashing opportunities and will always have my cell camera on to videotape, as I walk into the locker room so I can record all the action, if it occurs again and if it does, I will post here.

Thanks for the warning. They do have cameras at the entrance to the gym and in one area of the weight room. So far, I have not discovered any security cameras in the mens locker room. But, hey, I was in the locker room, doing what every one else does. Getting dressed, weighing them selves, etc. My "loitering" around the locker room area was spend getting my ipod out of my bag and getting my ear phones in place. If anything, I could complain about the female attendant in the locker room. Also, she had her hair up and at a quick glance she might be mistaken for a guy.

A friend of mine is in charge of a swim and gym and he was telling me about the amount of men that do this. Told me the keep a log and screen cap them on the way out. If it happens once or twice, its an accident, third time and they are barred. Just saying.....bu enjoyed the story
