cf is a group of guys who think there 'fine' they roll around in black north faces thinking they're cool. They are quite and appear shy but are know wide and far within south london. cf syndrome is when you (a girl) really like one of them and you are honored to have a glimpse into their mysterious world. You get with him a few times, but due to shit communication (on their side) it just can't work. but you spend the whole week thinking about him and waiting for the weekend just so you can see him. If your lucky enough to see him; nothing may happen, or something may BUT you won't hear from him for the rest of the week. The cycle goes on sometimes for upto two years. why bother i hear you say because cf just have that hold over people and its so hard because cf play the deepest mind games without realizing it. cf syndrome sucks.
cf : friday night he texts girl: 'hey what you doing 2night?'
girl: not sure probs just going out round... what you doing?
cf: no reply girl waits hours for text but nothing girl texts friend: babes i have such bad cf syndrome wtf should i do?
Directed at but not limited to any college freshman who learns something new in a class and becomes a know it all snob, advocating their knew found beliefs to everyone, rubbing it in peoples faces that they are presumably "smarter" than everyone because they learned something new. Most of the time they don't fully understand what the new information is, but they will still pass it on as their worldview. Other varieties include: anyone who learns something new, via word of mouth, txt message, internet, 5 o'clock news, ect. and automatically that is the #1 answer in their mind, and they have an uncontrollable need to tell everyone to blindly see it their way, strictly based off of their new found knowledge.
Example 1: Billy:" i dont believe in God" John:"why?" Billy:"Because it falls under the category of creationism, and as modern science can tell us, the universe was created from a big bang, and darwinism will further prove that we were evolved from monkeys...BLA BLA BLA BLA...and that they share close to our DNA...BLA BLA BLA" John:"wow...so did your professor spoon feed you that?" Billy:"no.... .....yes" John:"ugh...college freshman syndrome ( CFS )" Example 2: Margret:"we should get the tea with Echinacea, its supposed to be good for your cold" Ana: "Actually! i heard its not all that great for you anyway, it can actually cause cancer, thats why i never drink anything with that in it." Margret: "is this a legitimate truth or is this just CFS?" Ana:"okay okay, i did hear it on the Tv, i don't remember where though"

When you have the irrational belief that you home team with be victorious despite all the bad decisions they make.
DaBears were down by 21 with under 2 minutes to go but my CFS (Chicago Fan Syndrome) knew they would somehow pull off the win .

CF-ing is that act of one fucking his or her cousin. It's most abundant in white trash familys. If they have offspring they tend to have mulitple limbs or have a slow process of thought. These people are known as CF's .
Y'all my cousin says I am the best CF in the family. She says I am a pro at CF-ing!
