The tour was very well organised and we enjoyed ourselves. All the included meals were excellent and we are glad to try all the specialities of the different regions. Best included meal is in Cibreo and Badia Passignano. Cibreo was very generous in letting us try almost dish on their menu. Badia had a very a enthusiastic sommelier. Wine tasting at Gaya was the best. Angelo Gaya met us personally, a humble and inspiring man. We will certainly fly home with many wonderful memories of Italy, all made possible by Cellar Tours!

BOLD does not have a room fee, but to guarantee and reserve The Cellar, we do require a deposit, which is equal to our minimum charge.
Our Deposit and Minimum Charge for Monday through Thursday events is $1500; for Friday and Saturday events, it’s $2000.
Deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied to the final bill. Please note that $1500 and $2000 are minimum charges, even if your total bill is less.
To ensure the highest quality food and service, we do require a guaranteed minimum number of guests one week prior to your event, and all billing will be based on this minimum number.
