It’s no surprise when celebrities get plastic surgery done on their faces, but these days, they’re getting work done everywhere . And by everywhere, we mean below the waist. And no, we’re not talking about butts. Although they get those done, too .
Today, the hottest procedure that has stars like Kim Kardashian and Brandi Glanville singing its praises is vaginal rejuvenation, or vaginal tightening. And if this is your first time hearing about, fair warning: we’re about to get very TMI.

Vaginal cosmetic surgeries come in various types. The most popular is labiaplasty, an operation that removes excess skin from the outside of the vagina, and vaginoplasty, a procedure that reduces the size of the interior canal, making it tighter.
However, there are also less invasive procedures for those who want a little something-something without having to go under the knife.
Vaginal lasering, which Kim and Kourtney Kardashian have both had, is a gentler way to get “rejuvenated” that incorporates a hot wand being shoved up your hoohah. The heat from the wand stimulates collagen and promotes cell growth for smoother skin.
“My sisters they’ve had kids, and there’s a vaginal lasering, to tighten,” Khloé said during a taping of her canceled talk show, Kocktails With Khloé . “In my household all they do is talk about this vagina lasering. It’s like their discussion back and forth.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wrote about getting vaginal rejuvenation surgery in her book, Drinking and Tweeting .
“I decided that since [ex-husband] Eddie [Cibrian] had ruined my vagina for me, he could pay for a new one,” she wrote, explaining that she charged the procedure to his credit card. “A week after the vaginal rejuvenation surgery, he was on the phone screaming, ‘What the f–– cost you $12,000? Did you get a nose job?’ I responded simply, ‘Yes. A nose job.’ And I hung up.”

She underwent an entire body makeover in 2016 to get her pre-pregnancy body back.
"[After giving birth, there's] like extra skin down there that I don't think is necessary," she said in 2016. "So I'm just going to snip it up and tie it up and have a cute vagina."
Her surgeon, Dr. Michael Salzhauer (Dr. Miami), said the procedure went well. "She was very happy with the outcome,” he said in 2017. “The scar heals really nicely and it just blends very well.”

The reality star got vaginal rejuvenation surgery — and live-streamed it on Facebook!
"If your fave doctor said, 'Hey, there is a new treatment to increase your orgasm and make your vagina look 16 again,' I'm sure any of you broke a– b—hes would get it too," she wrote on Instagram after receiving negative comments.
"New man deserves a brand new, young [vagina]," she continued. "He's 10 years younger, now my vagina is too."

The Kardashian sisters are all about "vaginal lasering," a procedure that incorporates inserting a wand into the vaginal canal, which heats up and stimulates collagen production.
"My sisters they've had kids, and there's a vaginal lasering, to tighten," Khloé said on her talk show, Kocktails With Khloé . "In my household all they do is talk about this vagina lasering. It's like their discussion back and forth."

On the show, she visited the famous Dr. Miami to get labiaplasty. Before the operation, her surgeon asked if she wanted an additional procedure that would make her “cum like a man.”
"A fresh new p—y with super orgasmic powers," she said. "This s–t don't get no better than this!"
After the operation, she was more than pleased with the results.
"Oh my god, it’s so perky and tiny," she said. "It’s no longer droopy and sad like the jowls of a dog."

“I go to Smooth Synergy [Medical Spa] all the time for my hair laser removal,” she said on the show. “They do this tightening and lubricating process… I’ve never had any complaints. It’s always been very good, and I guess it’s still very good."

In 2016, she revealed she got vaginoplasty to her shocked housemates on Celebrity Big Brother. "I had vaginal tightening just recently and I had the worse pain in my whole life," she said.

"I've never told you this, but I paid £2000 and my vagina is perfect now," she said in 2015. "It looks like something you see in a movie."

In 2017, she got her vagina rejuvenated on the show as a 50th birthday present.

When asked which of her cosmetic procedures hurt the most, she said "having my vagina tightened."
"It was the worst," she said on The Graham Norton Show in 2013. "Oh, it was just excruciating."
However, a few weeks later, the 64-year-old told Howard Stern on his radio show that she lied about the whole thing.
"I swear on my children's lives I made it up — just to be flippant," she said.
"I feel like you did [get the surgery] and now you're embarrassed to say it," Howard told her.

The former porn star reportedly got vaginoplasty — but she wasn't happy with the results. According to The New York Daily News , the 43-year-old hated the results so much, she wouldn't speak to anyone for weeks.
