All of the staff that I encountered seems like they don't know what they were doing. I booked ticket online, and getting the wristband took me more than 30 mins! I booked online for less hassle but literally no difference! The staff doesn't have the knowledge about their job, keep asking the manager and colleagues. They look blank! Also, the queue for the snack bar took us forever, we are 4th in the queue but took us 1 hour for a single cotton candy!
