Does anyone else find this a little funny, especially after the question posted not to long ago about whether he should wear panties to school? Anyways, no, it's silly to think he could get diseases. This is (kind of) a normal thing for young boys and was more likely done as a "yeah i did that" sort of thing than some underwear fetish.
If the issue was really about diseases and not the him wearing panties, would it not have been better to ask one of the medical-related group areas, where they would know this stuff better?

This is the first part of a real life story from one man who likes to wear panties, and other women's lingerie.
