Hey everyone, I'm a 16 yo closeted trans girl. I have a cis sister who is 13. I've been secretly borrowing my sister's clothes for some time and yesterday I was wearing them in my room with headphones on. I know doing this is wrong and I shouldn't but I've felt so trapped and dysphoric recently and needed this and it was really helping me. I don't know what to do. My dad is also looking and treating me like a degenerate monster. I know what I did was really wrong but I just have felt so trapped and dysphoric for so long now and I just needed it so much and it was too tempting. I should have come out to them and tried but i don't know if it would have made it better and I was so scared but I realize this is so awful and completely my fault and it must be their nightmare and the worse way for them to find out but they won't even listen to me and I am so scared what will happen and how to make it right. I know what I did was wrong but my mom has overreacted so much and is not even trying to understand and I know she has always loved my sister more than me. What do I do and how do I make it right?

U say u want to go to a therapist to help u figure things out. They'll gladly send u since they think ur a monster who needs treatment. U tell the therapist about how u think ur trans etc. Etc. It won't all happen in one session , you will need patience but eventually once the therapist diagnoses u with gender dysphoria they can speak to ur parents as an expert and I'm hoping they will listen to them and trust their assessment

Wearing My Cousin Sister’s Dress Secretly

This is a story when I was a kid. I started having the urge to cross-dress when I was around 14 years old. Girl clothes was just so much interesting to me. I wanted to wear skirts & cute dresses that girls around my age were wearing that time.
When I was in school, I used to have my cousin sister staying over on a weekend most of the times. We shared my room as we had an extra bed in my room. She was just a year older than me and one weekend when she arrived, she was wearing this lovely white dress. When it was time to go to bed, she had changed into her pajamas.



I knew she had packed the dress she was wearing in her bag. I just couldn’t stop thinking about that dress and the urge to wear it was so intense. I pretended to be asleep and after my cousin fell asleep, I snuck out of my bed and got into her bag. I found the dress as well as her bra and knickers. My heart was racing like crazy. Just holding those stuff was making me feel super excited.
Then I took the clothes and went into my attached bathroom. I took everything off and put on her bra and knickers first. I cannot describe how magical it was for me. It was like a dream where I was a beautiful girl. I couldn’t stop staring at myself in the mirror. It was just so amazing to wear a bra and girl’s underwear. Then I put on the dress and it was such a special as I thought it would be. I loved the feeling of dress on my body along with the bra and knickers. I felt like a real girl.
I strolled around my small bathroom, posing and checking myself out in the mirror. When suddenly, my hand slammed a shampoo bottle and it dropped making a loud noise. I was terrified. I stood completely still and waited to see if anybody heard it. After some time, I still didn’t hear any sound from outside or my mom coming out of her room to check on us.



After few moments inside the bathroom, I had a crazy idea to step out of the bathroom while wearing the dress. I wanted to feel what it was like walking around my room dressed as a girl. Then I turned off the bathroom lights and slowly opened the door. As I stepped out, my cousin called out to me ” Jake?? Is that you?? and I jumped with fright. It was still dark inside the room and I froze for a bit. It would be so embarrassing if she saw me wearing her clothes and I was even wearing her bra & knickers.
” Yeah…its me, just went to the bathroom.”. I replied back while hurrying to get in the cover of my blanket.
“oh.. I heard a noise from the bathroom and it woke me up. What was that noise?” She asked.
” Sorry, I just knocked the shampoo bottle by mistake. Go back to sleep”. I replied.
Luckily my cousin was facing the other way and she was half asleep that she didn’t get up to check. Now here I was, lying in my bed wearing my cousin’s undergarments and dress. I never felt so conscious about what I was wearing. I knew I had to take them off and put them back in her bag before someone finds out.
I waited for my cousin to fall asleep. While waiting, I couldn’t stop admiring how wonderful it was wearing girl’s clothes and how much I liked it.



After waiting for as long as I could, I could hear my cousin snoring. Then I slowly got up again and went to the bathroom. I took everything off and put on my normal clothes back on.
I still had one more challenge and that was to put the stuffs back in the bag. Then I slowly walked out, being extra careful this time and put everything back inside the bag. Then slowly got back to my bed and it felt like forever. I was really lucky my cousin didn’t catch me in her clothes. Then I went to sleep.
The next morning, when I woke up, my cousin was not in the room. When I went to the kitchen, she and my family were already having breakfast. She was wearing the same white dress and it just reminded me of the whole episode of what happened last night. I would never forget that moment and that was the start of my crossdressing journey.
But I am confused as to your frame of reference…wouldn’t your cousin’s sister also be your cousin?
Its not cousin’s sister, its referring to “cousin sister”.
Since Cousin is used for both brother and sister. Hence, it leads to confusion sometimes unless specified , and it needs an extra word/words. To avoid this and to be gender specific, cousin sister (likewise, cousin brother) is used.
