Cats Movie Review really feel
For all of the hype and celebrity names, this film is a total disaster. The visual effects are uncanny and the characters feel like plasticky toy animals. The whole film is a garish mess and it is onerous to tell who is really having fun. There is ซีรี่ย์จีนซับไทย to this production and the director Tom Hooper has a awful observe record in musicals. The solid of A-listers, including Idris Elba (who is normally so good it's a crime to see him in something else), Francesca Hayward, Ian McKellen and Rebel Wilson, can't make up for a narrative that is senseless and feels fully with out soul.
The original stage production of Cats, primarily based on the T S Eliot poem Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, was a heady mix of camp and acquainted music that might have made a good movie. Unfortunately, writer-director Tom Hooper hasn't been able to transfer this to the screen and his version is a misguided and painfully unfun spectacle.
Hooper crams this long-ish stage show right into a film size and retains all of the songs (which could have been nice of their day however now sound dated). This means plenty of singing and dancing with a really thin story that by no means amounts to much. The film also suffers from some poor acting and lackluster CG, and whereas the talent within the solid is mostly excellent (Hayward, McKellen and Hudson all shine), they're dragged down by the film's incoherent script and course.

The most important drawback is the way during which the film makes use of CG to create its characters. The CGI appears uncanny and there's a distracting inconsistency in the way that totally different cats are scaled and sized. The human actors are additionally poorly matched to their roles. For example, the nice Francesca Hayward is given a subordinate role because the young cat Victoria, while Rebel Wilson and James Corden are over-exposed in their supporting roles.
The film can also be overlong and rambling and has a totally incoherent plot that makes no sense in any respect. It's onerous to believe that the makers of this film truly thought this was something cinemagoers would want to watch. Unless you are a die-hard fan of the stage musical, this is a complete waste of time and isn't entertaining in any way. I can't think about anyone who was concerned on this challenge actually having a great time making it and it feels extra like an extended ego trip for the cast than a genuine piece of leisure. It's an actual disgrace..
