Known for her incredible footwear collection , Catherine Zeta-Jones showed off her tortured feet in a new pair of Chloe Gosselin sandals at the 2019 Wales’ National Day Gala held at the Rainbow Room in New York.
Catherine was born in Swansea, Wales, on 25 September 1969 to David Jones, the owner of a sweet factory, and his wife Patricia (née Fair), a seamstress. Saint David’s Day is the feast day of Saint David, the patron saint of Wales, and falls on March 1, the date of Saint David’s death in 589 AD.

During the event celebrating Welsh actors and actresses, she was presented with an honorary degree from The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.

Catherine was joined by her 18-year-old son Dylan Michael Douglas and her 15-year-old daughter Carys Zeta Douglas.

While Carys looked lovely in an off-the-shoulder floral gown from Marchesa ‘s Resort 2018 Collection, her mother turned heads in an appliquéd velvet gown from the same American brand ($4,995 at Net-A-Porter ).
Cut from rich burgundy velvet, it features a boned off-the-shoulder bodice that’s traced with appliquéd petals and turns to reveal a floor-puddling train.

With so many shoes to choose from, we wonder why she decided to wear these heels from Chloe Gosselin’s Spring Summer 2019 Collection.

Earlier this year, Catherine Zeta-Jones supported her husband Michael Douglas at the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards.
The 74-year-old Ant‑Man actor, who has an estimated net worth of $300 million, was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series for his performance in The Kominsky Method as Sandy Kominsky. He and his co-stars were also up for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
